I previously had a horrible experience here with a certain provider who tried to tell me an inaccurate price on a repair. I almost gave up but my faith in this location was redeemed by Troy and James who are amazing and will give you fantastic car repair, fair quotes, and do it all with a friendly face and good vibes. I was so grateful for their help and can't recommend them enough, ask for them only and you'll get honest, reliable service for your car and actually enjoy a car service experience for once!
Our service technician rushed us and didn't listen to what we were there for. Which led them to do the wrong thing. So we ended up waiting twice as long for them to do what were actually there for.

Consistently the least pleasant experience I've had with Subaru (or any any dealership for that matter). Most recently went in to have a recalled airbag replaced. The day after picking up my vehicle I noticed the electronics controls for my mirrors had fallen back into the dash. Called and made note of it. Returned shortly after to have clutch work done, asked them to fix their work while it was in. They said they would, quoted me a price for the clutch that was more than double that of local competitors, and proceeded NOT to fix the problem they had caused. Additionally, my experience has been consistent with that of former reviewers. I too have waited 3+ hours for a simple oil change. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Prompt oil change service. For the price Id expect a complimentary tire rotation. The no schedule oil change is great in theory, but Id prefer to just schedule it than hope I can get there during a time I wont have to wait.Update: recently had warranty work done. Seemed to have typical dealership tactics of trying to get me to pay for work that was covered under warranty until I argued and showed that it was covered. It pays to be educated about your vehicle.
