I purchased an LR3 from Francis several months ago. Even though it was older and had higher miles than I was looking for it drove better than any other one I had test driven in my search. Francis was clear about all of the maintenance that he had done to that point and assured me that he would stand behind his work. There were a few minor things we agreed upon in the deal and I would have to say, Francis exceeded my expectations when it came to taking care of me. It is great to find a businessman with integrity and who cares about his product, work, and customers in this day and age. I would not hesitate to recommend him if you are looking to purchase one of his cars or have your Rover serviced or repaired.
The owner not only fixed my Range Rover sport but gave me great advice on tires and came and collected me from my house when my car was ready. Would definitely use them again. Great family run business!

Francis and his crew run a stand-up operation. I brought my new LR4 to his shop for an easy service and to get a feel for whether this is where I want to have my vehicle taken care of for the next several years. It was quickly apparent that Francis "gets it". He understands the value of building a lasting relationship with a car and owner, rather than trying to make a quick buck like many dealers and service shops these days.
