The general manager was very helpful and polite. My brakes felt so good on the ride home and I definatly plan on going back for the rest of my car troubles. Super fast and friendly, great communication.
Art of Maintenance is the best! I am a student at University of Portland (down the road), so this place is convenient, friendly, and down right reasonable for me. This review is a bit late, but I visited in the summer of 2018 for my Camry. I shipped my car from Hawaii, and my body shop VIP Collision Center recommended to visit after my tire flattened with a nail and my cigarette lighter blew out. The crew squeezed my car in and immediately worked on it (I should mention it wasn't too busy). I got my car back after a couple of hours with a perfect patched tire and fixed burned out fuse. Amazing! They were quick, responsive, and again FRIENDLY. I unfortunately forgot the gentlemen who helped me at the front counter. You guys rock! I am hoping to come check my car in sometime, but just wanted to show my appreciation for the help! Best,Devin
Got a used Jeep Liberty that ended up needing a bunch of maintenance work that comes along with buying a used car, so I took it to Art of Maintenance and they fixed it up good as new. They were good about communicating what issues they came across and called to review the recommended services to get my OK before proceeding. The Jeep is working great now and luckily they are right down the street from my house so it will be convenient to take it there for oil changes, etc. going forward.
This is the only place I bring both of my cars to have work done, they are honest about what needs to be done and I also get a copy of the machine read out sent to my phone. The manager Kevin is knowledgeable has always taken care of any issue questions I may have and explains it so I understand unlike other place I tried in the past where they would talk down to me like I'm just another dumb female bothering them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have any kind of work done from a simple oil change to major work.
