I recently found this place after looking through many auto repair companies and found that this looked really good and my car needed to be looked at so I called and he scheduled me in between appointments made that day which was very kind. I dropped off my car thinking I had a simple issue needing fixed and he ended up fixing some direly needed stuff which included brakes which made sense considering what I had been experiencing lately. So I am grateful for that. He also went out of his way to explain how specific stuff worked for me and that shows me how sincere he is. Although the cost pained me (like any auto repair) I greatly appreciate his and his teams help. And even more awesome and kind is the fact that not even a day later I was dumb and didnt realize that gas in the winter time (due to my gas gauge being broken) runs out faster so I got to experience running out of gas and I called him and he sent someone with a gallon so I could get to a gas station. These guys are awesome you should go here for any of your mechanic needs.
I went to Pearl Auto for a few specific needs and they totally delivered. I dropped the truck off on my way to work and they called midday to tell me it was all set. On arrival to pick it up, Witt quickly got my paperwork ready and checked me out efficiently. The best part was that he didn't give me the laundry list of other things that needed to be fixed on my perfectly functioning vehicle. They seemed honest and the pricing was fair. I will absolutely be using Pearl Auto for my vehicle needs going forward!
Witt and his team are the best Ive ever worked with. Theyre straightforward and knowledgeable and happy to empower the car owner to know more about their car.
