I am sad we weren't able to get my truck fixed however, how they operated with integrity really showed that this is an outstanding business. I would 100% recommend to come here for work on your vehicle. John was a great communicator, very patient, and completed all the maintancence and repairs on my vehicle at a good price. Despite the vehicle being an import and unfamilar the repairs were straigtforward and other garages had turned me away or provided quotes over double what John did despite providing all the new parts myself. Its a shame im leaving Portland soon as i cant imagine ill be lucky enough to find such a great garage again. thankyou so much for working on my van.
I brought my 2000 Subaru Outback into Japanese Auto Repair for a head gasket and engine over haul. They were awesome because I was on Spring break from school and was going to need my car the following week. Needless to say they got my car in there and it only took them four days to do everything. They were totally fair and honest and did exactly what we had talked about. That was two years ago. John, my car is still doing great Thank you!!
