I took my car in needing an immediate fix. These guys were thorough and I got a very complete report of all work that needed to be done, in addition to what I came in for, which was helpful. However, for the necessary repair, I was charged almost $1,000 for labor alone. The part cost about $250. On paper, these guys look thorough, convenient and cheap, but I highly advise being skeptical and having them break down your estimate--and possibly explaining why the cost of labor would be so expensive. If it is sounding unreasonably high like mine was, I'd call around and get quotes of labor from others. Wish I had been less flustered when dealing with this unexpected fix.
I ran something over while driving my family in my vehicle this last month. Terrible timing with our baby who was due. My front end began to make a popping, grinding, and squeaking noise. It was sure to be related to some brake issue. The shop detected the issue and found that there was a missing bolt from when I ran something over. It was a clear fix and they were able to repair the next business day. It was a quick fix but it then lead to my brake pad being squeaky from being unaligned with the missing bolt. Carlos, their tech, went with me on a cruise the next day to determine the issue and sanded the pad down for me without hesitation. I have recently signed up for their monthly maintenance program. So far, I have received nothing but VALUE and INTEGRITY without being bothered for upsells or any misc. unnecessary work that needs to be done. I highly recommend this shop for someone looking for honesty in a shop. Love the electronic invoicing and scheduling and the fact that this company is a Certified B Company. I used to work as a mechanic, so I'm both easy and not easy as a customer.I'm easy in that I know what needs to be done and don't hesitate to pay for it. I'm not easy in that I'm going to notice anything weird or wrong or out of place of if the shop isn't clean or properly lit or the general attitude of the managers or mechanics doesn't smell right.This is a good shop and they do good work and they don't charge insane money for it. So far, I really like them.
Great customer service however my oil change price was a bit over the top in my opinion. I paid around $120 for an oil change for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. That's a bit steep for an oil change. I was really due for one and was on a schedule crunch therefore I sucked it up but I definitely wouldn't do it again.
You don't tell this customer to step aside because you think the guy in line behind me is in a hurry (and you're prioritizing his time over mine). I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
