No matter what the problem, their "can-do" attitude and the way they treat the customer is refreshing; in a world where true customer service is becoming a thing of the past.Their advisers, Jim and Cliff are great listeners, communicate well, explain issues about your car in detail, and don't mind curious or redundant questions. The team is always smiling and has a sense of humor.Great management starts at the top. From top to bottom this place has a has it together. My cars are always fixed on time at competitive prices. After my car's rough idle started driving me nuts, Jim and Cliff at Re-Born were able to quickly and conveniently get the issue fixed. Jim was even able to arrange for me to drop off the car a little before the shop was open to accommodate my work schedule. The folks at Re-Born were cordial, communicative, and honest. I felt heard and respected the whole time - no upselling, no tricks, fair prices. Easily the best car repair experience I've ever had - these guys are the real deal. Oh - and candy!
I have been going to Re-Born Automotive for about a decade now. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. My latest issue (a timing chain replacement) ended up being quite expensive. But Jim, Cliff and co. tried to do everything they could come up with to help me avoid a big repair. Their communication throughout the process is excellent. When it came time to do the repair they were fast and efficient. Their team is very knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy.
Cliff made is so easy to bring my car in for repair and made sure to explain the entire process, including the bill. There was even a little sweet treat on my car seat from the mechanic who did the work! They were honest, polite and graciously accommodated me the next day when I needed one more thing done. This is a good team!
