I've been going to Matrix for 5+ years - they are great. Very professional and passionate about cars. They are proactive in repairs and treat my A3 with the same care as the race-prepped 911s that are there too.Only shop I've seen that carries blinker fluid. ;)
Ahhh, a happy place! I consider it a luxury and a pleasure being able to rely on the professional service of the Matrix team of people. Having recently acquired an 82 911SC in need of some deferred maintenance issues, George and Jesse were very good at listening and delivering the level of service I was looking for. The best part was the clear communication and recommendations to service unexpected items beyond the original scope of work. I thought I could do some work myself, but realistically, I feel much more confident about this cars condition knowing George has gotten to know the car and he is passionate about working on older 911s. The final work order, Jesse included an itemized account of all communications and a detailed list of all parts and work that was done. This makes a great history record and helps plan future maintenance work. Its clear to me that the Matrix shop is interested maintaining a customer relationship not just cars!
Logan and the team at Matrix are the best. They are attentive and know their BMWs. When you're out of warranty, this is the place to go. Great service, great attitude and they don't talk down to you.
After a couple bad interactions with a local VW dealership, i decided to look for a local mechanic to work on my car. This place was great, they quoted me about $150 less than the dealer for general annual maintenance. When i picked up my car they charged me less than I was quoted. Great service!
