We first went to the Toffee Club excited to find a place that served a full English. The food was good though not sure if wed consider the portion sizes a full English given what is served in the UK. Pleased enough with the fare we decided to go back and try lunch there. Alas we left feeling disappointed. The food was less than mediocre especially considering the price. After two beers and two lunches we left with a $50 tab! Not to mention the food itself left much to be desired. The chips were so over salted they had to be scraped with a fork to be palatable and their Pie of the God may need a few more worshipers because it was puny. My husband and I looked at one another and thought there was no point coming back. The staff are very friendly and the establishment has a great feel to it but its just not worth it.
Nice place to have vegan or non -vegan meals with drinks. Staff and owner were nice and friendly. Food was hot, fresh and delicious & quality and quantity of food was awesome. Better place to hangout with friends or family. Fair price. I will be back again for outing. Thank you guys!!! you really deserve a 5-star.
Absolutely loved my time here! Owners were great, atmosphere was perfect. No better place to grab some fish and chips!! Excellent portions, stomach regretted our choice to get an appetizer! (Still ate it obviously)
Fantastic British pub! Reminded my wife and I of our days when we lived in Fulham. Loved how the sign is authentic just like the pubs back in the UK. The Scotch Egg was amazing! Perfect yolk in the middle and not over cooked. Even had proper cask ale!
Best toffee pudding I've ever had! Scotch eggs are worth trying as well. Fish and chips were not bad--if you like one big piece. The place had excellent music as well, but it was just too dark to eat in. I like to see my food.
