Visited the upstairs bar. Impressive architecture for an old carriage house. Upscale. Will return to try dinner in the downstairs dining room sometime.
We had a way above average experience here. Definitely in one of the top ten best meals of my life. The servers were very helpful and professional, and the food was mind-blowingly good. We had a full three course dinner with drinks, and they still were able to keep our time to the right amount to get to our show. The ambiance was so beautiful, cozy, and unique to downtown Portland! It felt more like I was in the English Countryside than downtown. What a fun retreat!
We were late to the game and sat upstairs at the bar. There was a pool table a lot of seating and a full bar with talented bartender. Their cocktails were good and beer selection was plentiful. Our server was also well versed in the menu and palettes of taste for beer pairings.
I would recommend this place to anyone that loves having that one and one with a loved one or even a group of friends. Our waitresses Vivian gave us TOP NOTCH Service. Once again thanks for a great brunch. Great Ambiance
Food was great but the craft cocktails are a but fluffed. They don't shake their own egg whites which means the cocktail is often too foamy. Could use a bit of balance. Overall a good idea but could use a bit more authenticity in the cocktail department.
