I'm fairly new to the Broadway neighborhood and this bar has quickly become a favorite of mine. The staff is always really friendly and even when it is busy they don't act like a guy sitting by himself just ordering one or two beers is a waist of time. It's nice and cozy too, perfect for winter evenings.
Love this place! It's right next door to the place my roommate and I do our laundry at every week, and we decided to pop in. Great experience, stellar service, delicious comfort Irish food!
I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes. The food was good. Since I don't drink, I can't comment on the beer selection. I would say it's a nice watering hole. Broadway is an interesting street populated by freaks and fools. I won't say how I fit in.
Great beer and food. Seems like a popular neighborhood spot. Good mix of people, great vibe, comfortable setting.
We had an excellent meal which ranked close to some of the best pub grub in Portland. There was attention to detail in our dishes - good presentation along with being fresh and very tasty. I was pleasantly surprised.Definitely returning and will certainly recommend to others.
