My tire shreaded on the freeway. I called Northside and 20 mins later one of their guys (didnt catch his name, shaved head with diamond ear studs?) was out helping me. Tried to change my tire but my spare was messed up so he towed me to Les Schwab. He even offered to give me a lift home since it was right around the corner. Northside towing hires good men. Wish I could give 10 stars! Until an experience I had a few nights ago, I didnt think it possible to have a good expirience with a tow company period! These guys are so awesome and I will recommend to everyone I know, going forward. I was broke down on the side of the road, middle of the night (like 430am) they pulled up within probably 10 minutes, the driver was unbelievably accommodating, worked with me on a price I could afford and made sure I got home safe and warm on a freezing night! I'm still shocked at the 'above and beyond' level of service provided and can't thank you enough!!
I am the only one that requested a special towing service by far... my car was stolen in December 2016 and was found in August this year in the Willamette River because the theft dumped it in the river. City said the I needed to pay for the towing even though I was the victim of the crime. I was upset and hopeless because none of the towing companies wanted to help - too much! They all said to me. Only Northside Towing said yes and started look into the situation right away. They towed the car out of the water the very next day and sold it for us.
