If you have had the misfortune of having Donn help you at the shop then I'm sure you will write a one star review also. He really don't care if you come in to get help or not. He DOES NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED TO HELP YOU. I have enjoyed this place very much they make great keys and have great people there BIll, Matt and Ken . It pains me to write this but after 4 different trips from the other side of town and the same attitude all 4 times from Don. I need to find a new locksmith he(Don) even suggested some. Im sure the other reviews were about him too.
Well we'll see if I write another review after this. I had beautiful custom hardware and call to have it installed. The technician put the first one in upside down, drilling a hole in the door where it shouldn't be because the hardware was upside down. When I showed him the picture from the website and opened the box from the hardware and showed him the insert with the picture clearly showing it correctly he said they had it wrong. Called the office and they told him to leave and not finish the other four doors.......I'll follow up as to what happens, I'm not very happy right now.
This place is the best, quick and helpful and for the right price. They gave me lots of info over the phone that was exactly the same when I came in to make my purchase. Honest, fast, and fair.
This is the best locksmith I have ever dealt with in my life! I have been to quite a few over the years but these guys are consistently fantastic for at least the last 30 years! Their prices are fair and they are super quick and the nicest people on the planet. Today Mark came to re-key my house because my daughter had her keys stolen at high school search and rescue camp. He was so nice and so quick I am thrilled and in light of the situation that is a pretty good feeling. Thank you!
