Wow! I would have never used this place if I knew they would charge $80 to jump start my battery! Who does that?!! Thats greed. It was cold and raining out. If that was the price I would have liked to have known up front than to be scammed. So yea its a definite HELL NO for me. I went to a mechanic and they were blown away by me being charged that much for a jump. Its sad when people use their position to hurt others than help. I wouldnt have minded paying money but $80?!?!!! No thanks.
I contacted them, based on their location, from the web, for a friend whose car wouldn't start, away from home---who was cold and worried. James responded very kindly , reassuring her, and resolved the problem quickly. Would definitely use again.
Uhm no. They wanted 85 dollars to tow my car down the street from my house to the auto mechanic
