I was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours of calling. The number I called was unable to speak to pricing which was a bit frustrating. However, I still booked the service. The technician, Sean, called to let me know his estimated arrival time. He arrived on time and clearly laid out pricing and options. The service fee was $169! They really should list this on the website somewhere! I opted to replace the entire unit as Sean told me the model we were using has had lots of problems. He installed the new unit and set everything up in 2 hours. We wouldve spent hours or days trying to figure out the problem ourselves so I would say it was money well spent.
I was able to book an appointment 2 days after I called D&L. I was given a 4 hour window and received a call about 40 minutes before the service guy showed up. He explained and pointed out problem with the door which came down to cheap choices by contractor, (new house) and suggested a fix and cost. Im happy I went for new rollers which should last a very long time. I highly recommend this company.
Wow great place for all your garage door needs!! I would highly recommend this place for anyone ( especially those who are planning on doing the labor themselves). The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to educate and help me out. I appreciate the help I received. I will buy from D&L garage doors again!!
Quick service considering trying to schedule on Christmas Eve. Great communication and were able to get out earlier than originally scheduled. Anthony called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Very professional and courteous. Replaced large garage door spring and recommended other considerations for future repairs and replacement due to previous damage and use. Recommendations were without pressure (didnt feel like an upsell) and were done to let me know what to look for as parts wear. Pricing was competitive with other quotes, but were here 10 days sooner than local competitors. Thanks!
Eric and his assistant called ahead to give me an eta, showed up when he said he would, and diagnosed my door problem within 20 seconds of looking at the door. He suggested symptoms of malfunction that the condition would have experienced -- all were correct. The recommended fix matched what I had "researched" on the web before scheduling a service call. The equipment he installed runs very smoothly and ultra quiet. The service guys were polite, professional and didn't waste time.
