I needed a key copied for my Scion, so I purchased a key blank - the type containing buttons - from a third party. I brought it in to AtLasta and they copied it in one minute at a cost of a few dollars. Low cost and efficient! I'll definitely be returning there for my future lock/key needs.
I made the unfortunate mistake of breaking a key in the lock of my touring van. I was able to pull out the teeth of the key and the kind and knowledgeable professionals at Atlasta were able to make a working copy of the key in less than 5 mins. 10/10 would recommend.
After scheduling an appointment to get my locks changed and wasting my time to verify for entry, the technician was extremely unprofessional and rude and got in his van and drove away. I called the company to figure out what was going on and they said no more technicians were available and they didnt understand what happened. I dont recommend ever doing business with this company. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years while managing a number of facilities. This is unbelievable.
