Be extremely cautious using this company. I called them because I locked my keys in the car with it running. Over the phone, the operator said the rate would start at $35 and the technician would evaluate any extra costs when he arrives. Basically, the technician came out and stuck a clothes hanger into my window and pressed the window open button to unlock the car. Afterwards he then told me I owed them $175. Can you believe that? He even told me he'd give me a ride to an ATM to give him $100 in cash instead, how sketchy is that? Locksmith Monkey told me over the phone it would only be 85$ to pop the lock and it would be done 20 minutes from the call.... take that as you see it folks.
Worst locksmith service ever. These guys dont care about your business and overcharge you because they know you are desperate and or in need of thwir service. Worst customer service ever. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else where they'll treat you fairly.
Before my experience;Look at any review for the past year. Every 5 star is left by a photoless user with only 1 review. Every other person with more history has given them a 2 star at best. We called at 10PM for an unlock to our doorknob lock on our front door. It is 12:55AM right now. They are literally 5 blocks down our road. You make a left about 100ft from our door make another left, walk 3 minutes, and you're there. They quoted us roughly $45 for an unlock so we gave them our address and they said it would be 30 minutes. An hour goes by. It's 38 degrees outside. We call and he says the tech will be there in 5 minutes. He took another job. We confirmed our address again and they had it wrong. We corrected them and hung up.30 more minutes go by and we get a call that he is here. He's not. He argued that he's at the address given and we learn that he's at the other address we corrected them on. It's a 6 minute drive but he managed to take nearly 15. He arrives in an unmarked white van with a cute little toolkit and looks at our door then says, "it's gonna be $120". He proceeds to put two small black pumps into our door and a plastic wedge tool and Bam. It was open. Took less than a minute. That's $2 a second to be a locksmith on your own damn time. God, I chose the wrong career.
I needed a locksmith pronto with only 25 minutes to get to work. I called the only place open locksmith plus and what happened? Well I made it to work on time and I was early he got to me in 10 minutes and I was back inside my house and paid the guy faster then I knew what hit me. I m so thankful for locksmith plus and what they did for me what a great company
This locksmith is the best around town. When I locked myself out of my car and I was in need of a locksmith quick I called locksmith plus and a guy was there in about 10-15 minutes. Wow what a great place I loved the way they treated me and overall he got me inside of my car faster then any other locksmith that I have seen
