Lance Rocks! I found this business while looking for a specific type car on the internet. I originally found it through Kelley Blue book and then looked at Uniquely European's website. I called Lance and he was super friendly and easy going about setting up a meeting and giving me info about the car I was interested in and very good directions etc for how to find Uniquely European. He was also very flexible helping me out when I had to change our meeting time to see the car. When I got there he was all ready for me with the car pulled up. He was really knowledgeable and most importantly to me, straight forward about the car. I did not feel any pressure from him about buying and I felt like he was honest with me about the car, it's history and things that had been done with it. If he didn't know something, he called on the guys at Matrix there that work on these cars and they got the info. He showed me all the paperwork and talked about what had been done to the car. We went for a test drive and I liked the car. It was late afternoon when we finished so we agreed with a handshake that it would be my car and I'd come back the next day. I had to take the car I was driving to storage about 20 miles away and Lance was so gracious to offer to pick me up and bring me back to finalize the sale! He also washed and gassed up the car for me! There were some issues that I found that hadn't been taken care of (just an oversight) so he wrote it down in the paperwork that they would be taken care of at the first oil change! Made My Day! The paperwork process was a breeze -- Lance is knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. Lance is very personable and fun to talk with, with a lot of car sales experience and knowledge so you know your getting an expert in the field. Also has good suggestions and knows a lot of people and businesses to help if you want to do extras to the car. One of the best car buying experiences I've had! Wow, what a great experience I had at Uniquely European Auto Sales. I met Lance and he was easy to work with. He gave us a tour of their facility which really seems to be a full service operation when it comes to servicing a European car. (I'll be going there for service). We test drove the car and he was up front with all information we needed to make a decision. No need to ask for the carfax, it was ready and waiting as well as the service records. This was truly a smooth and easy experience, just the way I wanted it to be. I'd like to let everyone know it was a pleasure to do business at this establishment. I will be back.

I've had the SUV almost two months now and it drives as smooth as silk - amazing for a vehicle with 160K plus miles! I bought a car with Lance at Uniquely European Auto Sales yesterday. I knew immediately upon meeting him that he was the person that I wanted to buy my car from. He was very friendly and relatable, didn't give me the run around and was straight forward without being pushy AT ALL. Although there wasn't much movement in the price he let me know that because Matrix had to replace the turbo in my vehicle he would include a 12000 mile/ one year warranty. Over all, great experience and I LOVE my new Mini Cooper! He also had everything ready with my purchase so I was in and out with a new car in under 20 minutes.
