I love this place. The entire buying experience exceeded my expectations. Jason helped me find the vehicle I loved and there was never a feeling of pressure to buy. I felt Jason cared more about me and my needs and made a valiant effort in building a relationship with me. I never felt like I was just another sale. The vehicles at Freeman motors are incredibly nice. Well taken care of and I honestly dont know how they can make money on these high end cars because Freemans prices are already lower than other dealers. I highly recommend Freeman motors and will be a customer for life.
Repeat customer. Did our due diligence and shopped around but found ourselves back at Freeman where we found a deal that couldnt be beat elsewhere.., the staff are very helpful and kind and courteous not at all pushy nor did they tried to sell us any extras we didnt need, but were happy to answer any questions regarding available service contracts And other accoutrements that were available to us at the time of purchase. It was quick and easy just like always, and I know from experience that they will be there for support after the sale as long as we own the car. The nearby service department is also highly recommended. Next time Im in the market for a car Freeman will be my first and probably final stop!

Freeman Motor Company was the right place to go when I was looking for a quality, pre-owned luxury SUV. They had the largest inventory of the exact model of Mercedes that I wanted. Everyone on their team is really kind, accommodating and genuinely friendly. Working with their sales associate Jason Copeland was a great experience. He's extremely personable, a good listener and easy to work with- unlike what you would expect someone in car sales to be like! Highly recommend him and have already referred a member of my family his way! I also really appreciate the post-purchase team who walked me through the ins & outs of my new vehicle's functions and special features. Great added value service. The car I purchased included a few scratches on the back 'trunk'-door, and they invited me to come back next week to fix the paint, for no extra charge. Their level of customer service, and attention to detail is unmatched. You can tell the culture of their company is WAY different than what you see in most car dealerships. Everyone who works there seems to like their job and/or have been there awhile. It says a lot about how the owner and manager treat their employees and the quality of people they elected to hire. Would love to buy another car here in the future!
