Excellent customer service right from the start and followed through to the end. I love my new VW Bug which is my 'dream car'! This is a family run business and they made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. I usually feel really anxious at car dealerships because of all the haggling and hassle and back and forth games, but I felt really comfortable throughout the entire process.
