My sister and nephew leased a smart car here. It was a lemon. The battery died shortly after taking possession. Mercedes-Benz of Portland hasn't fixed the car, my sister is still making payments and covering insurance costs (while my nephew emptied his savings for the down payment), and now she has had to hire an attorney. Mercedes-Benz of Portland is not a place I would recommend doing business with.
