We bought a car from Columbia Motors from out of state in Sept of 2018. They held the car for us for a modest deposit of $500, and honored that arrangement even when another offer occurred, and they took the car to get inspected for us at a nearby place of our choice (Affordable Repair - highly recommend!). After the sale, they were easily available and helpful with car licensing questions and followed through with sending us in the mail a headrest that the car was missing. Totally would recommend Columbia Motors,- they are friendly and professional.
I waited until I received my title before writing this review which FINALLY arrived after 4 months! That's the only negative thing I have to say and I'm not sure it's their fault. They advertised my car as a clean title. I was aware of their " F" rating with the BBB and I was back and forth with myself as whether i should go there or not. I almost didn't go because of that (they really should work on that). I really liked the car they were advertising so I went and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. Basically they gave me the keys to check out the vehicle by myself. That has never happened before! There has always been some sales person pressuring me or playing mind games but I didn't experience that here. Quite the opposite. I liked it. I like my car it was a fair lower than market price and low miles and it's still under warranty.
