I wrote a 4 star review even though this place 150% deserves a 5 star review. I wrote a 4 because I am a skeptic, like most consumers, and I question things when I see a place with nothing but 5 Star reviews. This place absolutely deserves it. I brought my Android S8 in to be fixed, and I need it for work. He wasn't able to have it fixed until the next day so he literally sat there and called every other reputable repair shop in town. Half of them didn't pick up, and the half that did weren't even accommodating. He'd already earned my trust and my business by being so darn honest throughout, so I when no other shop in town could do it someday, I was still pretty psyched to go with him! Unfortunately an issue unrelated to him, and his business, interrupted shipping of the product needed, which he had paid out of his pocket to have 1-day shipping for. From there he sent me to the next best shop in town (who finally picked up their phone) and actually made them radically drop their prices because his were so darn honest. I never really review places, nor do I ever give such extensive reviews, but I did because no one else has so radically deserved it.
Simply personalized, excellent service for the love of the craft and interest in sharing knowledge. I was visiting from NH and told the person assisting me; he nevertheless treated me with tremendous attention and knowledge as though I'd be a returning customer. These folks are great --

Fantastic service. I had my Surface Pro 3 screen replaced by Adrian and it took less than a week (actually 3 business days) to order the part and complete the repair. He also quoted less than 3 other shops. I will definitely come back for any future device repair I may need.
