I made an appointment to have a battery replaced on my iPhone and was greeted immediately though I waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen. The service itself was top notch. The service man explained clearly what he would do and then when I picked it up he explained again exactly what he did and why. Besides replacing the battery he changed quite a number of settings that tended to waste battery life. I was very pleased with that interaction.My only complaint was that they said they would call a # I gave them when it was ready but they did not.
I came in with a shattered screen and the pixels, what I thought, ruined. Alex greeted me with a great attitude knowing he could help. He fixed the screen in a couple hours... it was as good as new. I really appreciate his great attitude and being so willing to help my mess-up.
The folks at Simply Mac were very quick and seemed thorough. i still need a tip or two from them to access old Apple six files. They worked New year's Day and have been helpful so far.
I get infinitely better service here than Ive ever gotten at a Mac store... they are truly serving the customer. Always patient, always thorough, always competent. Brought my Mac to the Mac store and they told me I needed to buy a new machine. Brought it here and they cleaned it up, fixed all the bugs, and added some small hardware and gave it a few more years of life. I will go here forever.
Simply Mac was in a great location for us. The store is bright, open and well-organized. Staff were friendly and helpful. The technician called us and went out of the way to help. They removed malware. One of our programs had some residual effects. We took the computer in and they took care of it immediately. We would recommend their services to others.
