I dont use apple products, but my friends do. This place is so busy. It feels like insanity going in here. Once a staff member starts to help you it becomes very comfortable. People enjoy what they do here. It shows. Watching the transaction that happened while here, I was pleased with the whole experience.
Such a unique location for an Apple store also the glass windows make for a whole other experience in itself. Staff is always friendly, super clean building and they have a kids table in case you might have to bring your kids which is awesome. Also Ive always had super fast service at this location would definitely recommend. P.S. make an appointment first if you need service.
When novice or not so specialist employees speak with me, they seem quite willing to find a more knowledgeable person, not wasting my time with empty talk when genius specialist is needed. But for the most part every employee is very fluent and informative when discussing Apple issues/concerns/products in English.
Been buying products at this location ever since they were inside the mall. Have always had a great experience. Never had to wait long. The staff have always treated me well. Transactions were easy and smooth. The store design looks cool too. Shout out to Ryan and Aneesah for great interaction, helpfulness and answering all my questions.
