You have to be able to trust your dentist and his staff! It is no room for huge mistakes! Dr Persichetti listens to your needs and give you very good and clear advise!
This experience was about a year ago; evidently I didn't hit "post." I went in with a broken tooth and came out with a very comfortable temporary crown. Dr. Drakulich and Tammy could not have been a better, more careful and thorough team. As I said to Tammy as I left, I never thought I would enjoy a visit to the dentist, but their excellent teamwork made this list a pure pleasure. And absolutely no pain!
As a non-Portland native who just moved here about a year ago, I can say that I couldn't be more satisfied with this place. The staff are some of the friendliest and welcoming people. They introduce themselves to you and will remember you by your next visit.They even go as far as to explaining the instruments and technology they use for cleaning, x-rays, etc.They answer any questions you may have and offer more than just a normal dental services. For cleaning/normal checkup, its get in and get out within 45 mins usually.I highly recommend choosing a dentist at this place.
The dentist was a professional and very nice man, walking through what he was finding and any and all concerns I had.Unfortunately, the wait for a hygienist was over 30 minutes. It's not like I was walking in - they had my appointment and yet there was the longest delay I'd ever experienced at a dentist.The real kicker though was the bill. I had done the research and confirmed that they were in network. Alas, I must have err'd as they currently are not in network. The receptionists did not think to mention this during scheduling or check in, and they have made no effort to provide relief as I stare at this surprising bill.Triple check that they are in network for you!
My recent visit at Downtown Dental Associates was excellent! The entire staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.My new hygienist, Sarah, was informative, through and professional most all she didn't even make me squeal! The cleaning went great and I am very pleased with the entire process.Mindy and Dr Persichetti did my final exam and it was through and filled with great information around dental health and things I should watch out for.All in all the the professionalism and just down right friendliness of the office is something for other workspaces to emulate.Keep up the excellent work!
