Bad. its again all about money, cleaning is not done properly, she cleaned my mouth and when I got home I can see the bottom of my mouth still not cleaned, she so fast so they get more patients than doing quality work. Staff is mean the dentist never smile just like working in a factory. the smell of the place is bad because it is old building. anesthesia needle was so painful when inserted that I would rather loose my teeth than let this horrifying needles being inserted with no mercy, she just put it in fast, needles should inserted slowly as they kill the area so we would not feel the needle itself. I left and went somewhere else and gosh the difference between the sky and the ground. check it your self and you will see. my friend asked the receptionist who also does cleaning, and she replied with harsh words, they do cleaning partially basically they will clean your half mouth and then in another apt the second half.
I first started going here when I had a filling fall out and Dr Tran was willing to work me in that day. I have been going back ever since. Van is the best hygienist ever. I have never had pain post cleaning (I had in the past). She is so good in fact that I switched my daughter over from the pediatric dentist. My daughter actually wants to go to the dentist now! I appreciate that the entire office has made it a point to know me and my family personally.
I haven't been to a dentist in years. I'm terrified of dental work to include cleaning for about 40yrs now. I am proud to say today I went home happy, calm and relieved! Van is the best hygienist I've ever had. No pain and very gentle. This is the first time I've ever left a dentist's office with a smile on my face. I highly recommend Greenburg Dental!
