Office staff was very helpful, dental assistant was super nice, and the orthodontists bedside manner (if thats what youd call it) was great. Guy was actually pretty funny, not to mention helpful and professional.
I originally had an appointment on December 26th, and I made it very clear that I want to do my cleaning. When I got there they told me the hygienist will not have time for me so I had to reschedule. Almost a month later, I went in and the hygienist was very harsh (I started to tear up because of how much my teeth were hurting the entire time). Also, she kept lecturing me about my wisdom teeth (even though the dentist said he is not worried about them). I just don't think she had to act like she was my mom. I understood her opinion the first time, she did not have to repeat herself and say "if you were my daughter your teeth will be out already." Thank you for the concern, but I only care about the dentist's opinion and happily you are not my mom. The cleaning took 10 minutes max and I don't know about everyone else, but from my experience it takes more than that. I will not be returning to this place, I would rather pay more than go back.
Dr. Le is the best Dentist I have ever been too. And in 1 visit all my anxiety about the chair is gone. The front staff is always kind and courteous!
The doctor was wonderful- was very kind and informative. The dental hygienist spoke to me in a condescending tone about not flossing and would not let it go. I heard her the first time. She treated me like I was a child. Humiliating. Also - the X-ray technician was very sweet but the equipment they use tore up the inside of my narrow mouth. It was so painful. She tried her best but the plastic was too large. The worst part was that they did not schedule a cleaning for me. I willNot be going back.
Everyone was nice. the only issue I had is the price,I was looking at multiple different oral surgeons to get not only quality work but a good price. when I went to Bright now dental to check on the price of the surgery after my insurance they told me it was 799.00 that was almost $150 cheaper than everywhere else I looked. the part that they left out was that I had to go to a third-party and pay for a CAT scan of my jaw which made them over $100 more expensive than everywhere else.
