I go to river city for something you simply cannot get online, expert advice. Over the past five years I have been a river city customer, I have relied on the staff to answer any questions. I had the best bike buying experience at River City Bicycles! I worked with Brian to find the perfect gravel bike. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the perfect fit. I was undecided on the frame size and he was beyond patient with me while I rode both inside and outside for over an hour. The entire buying process was enjoyable and I walked away a happy customer with the Specialized Sequoia. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Huge selection of bikes, tires, tubes, front racks, baskets, rear racks, helmets, and everything in between. Has another outlet store within walking distance with even more bike selection. Also has a fridge with chilled beverages such as classic coke in glass bottles.Only downside is many people come here and sometimes they are too busy.
