I don't know much about bikes except how to ride one. Sometimes bike shops can be kind of snobby about this. Joe Bike was the opposite of that. I got a rather old, definitely decrepit bike serviced here for a very reasonable price (especially compared to the other shops in this area). The service people are both friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back!
I needed air in my tires. I stopped in. I was so stunned; they were incredibly generous with their time, helpful addressing my questions...overall exceeded expectations, particularly because they were on the verge of closing! I will definitely go back as needed, and wish this was the shop I took my bike to when it was having more (to me) complicated issues! Thank youuuuu!

Fantastic bike shop. Employees were knowledgeable and spent two hours with me answering questions. Reasonably priced accessories such as helmets and fenders, unlike other bike stores in town who run at almost double. Certainly geared towards the daily bike commuter with bikes and components that will last. This is a high quality bicycle shop.
