Probably not! Have gone to this shop twice and the owner has "assisted" me both times. While I have no issue with the LGBT community, I have no interest in it being thrust upon me when shopping for bike bits. Both times, the owner went straight to sexual messages. If he/she treats employees as customers, I believe a lawsuit is right around the corner. I'll stick with Velo Cult, thanks.
Great staff, horrible manager. I will Never support a business that treats its employees with such disregard. Everyone deserves respect and I can find another shop to go to.
Highly recommend. Pro service, great staff, and without a doubt the fastest mechanical/service shop with high-level skill in Portland. They are committed to great service and keeping my bike in top shape. I don't go anywhere else.
I rolled into PDX for a long weekend and wanted to get a few rides in. A friend suggested PBS for a rental and the crew there were great. I'll gladly return next time I'm in town.
