We worked with Angie this evening. She was extremely helpful with helping us pick a bicycle for our near 4-year-old. Watching the other staff interact with customers, I was left with a very positive feeling about this business and definitely recommend it.
Clever Cycles offers the best service and most knowledgeable staff, I have found. They are so wonderful at working on Brompton's. I drive from Canada each year to have them work on my bikes. It is worth the 5 hour drive to have them work on my bike and as an additional benefit we get to visit and ride in Portland.

Great for commuting and family cycling. Very helpful and great service. They have quality gear and parts. If you want the best in selection and class highly recommended. Note, they are not the least bit snobby but this is a shop for people that love to ride.
Stopped in to buy a new rack because the nut/bolt fell off my current one. Thought I had set it up wrong initially which caused the nuts to fall off. Was totally prepared to pay for a new one and install fees, but the woman in the store helped me out. I brought my bike into the back for service and she just added loctite to all of the current bolts and hooked me up with a free nut/bolt. Super impressed with the service and casual atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.
