Gal that was helping me was barely polite. Didnt have very good stock of utility shoes and didnt know hardly any information on the various brands that had utility lines of shoes. Wouldn't buy from them just because of lack of knowledge and the sales persons attitude. Had she been more helpful, I would have been willing to order shoes and buy a couple of other pair of shoes.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The only shoes I liked were on the sale rack and a half size too small. The staff there said they could check in their other store for a larger size and could have it sent to their store so I could try it on with no commitment to buy. They didn't even try and upsell me on a non-sale shoe. When they got the shoe into their store they gave me a call and I went to try it on. It then had the issue of being slightly too big so they offered to put some inserts into the shoe at no extra charge to make them fit better. I ended up buying the pair of shoes and would happily shop there again for a great pair of quality shoes.
The store was empty but I was completely ignored. The sales clerks were too busy looking at their phones. Then when customers came in after me they were greeted and serviced. We have spent hundreds of dollars there but no more. You have lost a loyal customer.
Wonderful experience. Trevor assisted us in finding exactly what we needed for work shoes. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of shoes as well as specific details to each manufacturer's shoes. Trevor recommended a variety of options for our consideration and both my daughter and I walked out with a perfect shoe for each of us. We will be back! Thank you Trevor!!
