The new store is bigger, but doesn't really offer much more selection than the old one. Only select products are offered at the employee store. It is nice to have half off of retail although you may be able to find the same items for cheaper at other online outlets. Employees are nice and helpful.
A little disappointed in the selection and the size range available. There didn't seem to be a lot on the shelves and comparing it to the online inventory I couldn't find any of the pieces I saw on line that I was interested in purchasing. It may have simply been the smaller location, as other employee stores for other companies have had much more selection, or it could just be how that store functions. Getting 50% off the tag price makes it worth the trip if you get a voucher to get in, as long as you're not looking for very particular items or sizes.
What a rip-off. You'd have to be an idiot who buys anything that says "half off" to shop here. In reality, they MARK EVERYTHING UP by 100%. $180 shoes that cost only $70 on Amazon or in regular stores? Don't make me laugh. Tiny selection too.So when you get half off, you get the same price you pay in stores. On Amazon, where Adidas is the direct vendor (!) you'll pay even less than you pay with half off in this store. What a waste of our time.
The employees are very helpful. Many nice quality Adidas items to choose from for the entire family. Picked up a sweet pair of kicks. The only reason I deducted one star is due to some sizes being out of stock.
Great location and nice variety of Adidas goods staffed by knowledgeable employees. The new location is situated in a beautiful downtown setting near the waterfront with much improved accessibility. The historic Montgomery Park location has something for everyone and an excellent deli right in the building. Parking has never been a problem which is rare for anything close to downtown Portland.
