The best shoe store in town. Well worth spending extra money to shop local. The staff is friendly, helpful, and doesn't push items you don't need.
I bought a $230 pair of blundstones (and insoles) while in the middle of a huge house renovation and lost the box. I wore them for 3 days, put them in a bag, had the receipt. I wasn't able to make it in to return for a while. In attempting to return them was was told there was nothing they could do because I didn't have the box. . Really rude customer service. Really unhelpful.
Great shoes, service not so much.
Although they were out of the size and style we were looking for, the staff at Footwise helped us find a nearby store that had them in stock. Would highly recommend.
