mainly liked this visit because my old neighbor, who moved there nearly four years ago. Andfter our landlord had sold the 87acres we were living on, located off New Era Rd... She is moving once again to a larger trailer on a private lot near S.E.74th & Foster Rd. More privacy, less crowded and definitely a safer neighborhood to tetire too. I really pleased that she will be happier.
I wish I could upload pictures for you people To be able to see and review! Bruce Wadsworth is a true SLUM LOARD...I worked here as maintenance for a lil over a year. I was fired for taking the appropriate amount of time to fix problems the correct and proper way...Ummmmm? OK ......Instead I was advised that I should fix things to a bare minimum. Temporary fix's can be permanently used if they work... Ummmmmn? Ok.....So if you want to live in old and wore out manufacturerd homes that are mold infested walls and floors.... Warped floors from years of water damage leaks... Some damaged and leaky slider windows that are permanently screwed shut because it's to much to fix em the right way...Plumbing issues... Damaged, unsafe andUnstable Front and back Porches that are not built to state saftey codes with unsecured handrails... and much more. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers on site and only accessible If you live on the RV Side of park And only open 9-5... This is the place for you!And enjoy all the drug needls, homeless people, and tweekers constantly hanging outIn your neighborhood
Its not a bad place. They have a new manager now so it's definitely a lot better
Terrible management. I was a great tenant they never fixed anything. There were used needles found all over the single wide trailer I rented. My friend stepped on one and that's when we started to realize we needed to deep clean the place. The place was filthy. I moved out at the end of January after staying nearly a year hoping if i took care of the place, the managers would take care of me.. but no, i moved out and still haven't heard from them..They robbed me of my steep $1000 security deposit. Now I'm preparing to take legal action against this place. Don't support this place whatsoever.
