This is an rv park on the side of a mobile home park. The place is usually full. I gave it a low rating due to sketchy people that seem to be constantly coming and going (typical Portland). We pulled in, had a reservation but didnt stay. I did not feel comfortable bringing my family to this location.
I love this place, I got super sick so the ambulance and act had to come pick me up and they didn't kick me out I love it. Such sweet people here. Best park ever forreal.
Great centralized location, reasonable pricing, friendly and helpful folks doing their jobs in the office. Clean well-done, level sites. We spend a lot of time here during our three years of full-timing. Be keenly aware of the rush hour traffic times for your own sanity.UPDATE 10/2018: BIG THUMBS UP for the recent addition of the fencing around the RV Park facility. Long overdue.
I love living here!...the staff are very helpful and really care about the residents. The groundskeepers and maintenance staff are great! This park really feels like a community of neighbors who work together to make a safe and beautiful place to live. I feel very lucky to live in a manufactured home park where the owners and management go far above what is expected. They make the residents their priority.
I don't know where the people who submitted these other reviews stayed, but their experience was nothing like ours! This is the noisiest place to try and sleep that we have ever encountered. It is directly under the flight path of the airport, so there are continuous loud jet noises. There are active train tracks nearby as well. There is a lot of traffic on the road right next to the campground. For some reason it seems trucks drive through all night. Then there are ship horns that signal from the nearby river. In sum, no one got a good night's sleep. We even tried earplugs, to no avail. As for the condition of the park, it seems the majority of the "campers" are very long term, and the facility blends into the mobile home park that shares roadways. Finally, when we checked in, the employee literally said about 3 sentences. There was none of the usual explanation of the facilities or the route to take to our campsite. On the positive side, there are lots of pets here, and they aren't up tight about where dogs can go.
