I am actually super surprised there hasn't been a group lawsuit against John Fahrer along with a city takeover of the community, with all the illegal things he's doing to tenants. Destruction of property and violating tenant rights to name a few.

After your there for a month he gives you a no cause eviction if he sees you doing something he don't like. He peeks in your windows and he watches every move you make. He does illegal work on his property. He don't fix anything properly his septic is failing and he has moter homes falling into the ground due to not filling in old septic holes proper. So yes John Fahrer is by most the biggest Slum Lord in portland.
