Beautiful little place. Friendly staff. Room was very nice, overall. I found mine clean and tidy. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The building is quirky and the room numbering had me scratching my head... But that is a very minor thing.They are also very flexible with the parking as well. So long as there is space, you are able to leave your car parked in their lot while you explore after you've checked out. I would definitely stay again.

Am absolutely wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and the lounge is very cosy. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. We will definitely be using them I future for our annual stay in York. A well deserved five stars.
Booked here at the last minute after leaving a horrible hotel and looking for anywhere else. What a beautiful and perfectly located place we found! The room was beautiful, staff were the friendliest people we've met and you're based so close to the centre of York it was perfect. Will happily recommend to anyone visiting.
