Mr. Kassab and Penny are amazing! Mr. Kassab was so helpful and patient. Penny is the sweetest person. It's like she became part of the family. She listened to everything I asked for and found me the perfect ring. I absolutely love my ring. At Kassab it's more than just jewelry, it's a wonderful process and experience.
Penny recently helped me to create a pair of custom earrings from stones that I had from two separate pieces of heirloom jewelry. I explained what I wanted, she researched and ordered the pieces to make the earrings as I specified, and the in-house jewelers made them in one day. I will be going back for her to help me to re-make other pieces I have. A great store.
