I have used James a couple of times and his work is good, however, he recently charged me over $200 to fix a smoke alarm. He was at the house less than 15 minutes, and charged $150 for service and truck fee ($130 service fee and $30 for truck) and $84 for the smoke alarm and batteries. This is ridiculously excessive. I contacted his office about the invoice and did not hear back.
We had a new 200 amp service put in for our coffee stand and we're very pleased with the work. Very affordable and easy to work with!
I've called three times on three separate days to schedule work on my home. All three times I've been promised a call "right back" and never received one. Their contact center dose not have the ability to schedule, and if you ask for a supervisor you're told that their contact center has no supervisor.
I had spent weeks seeking an electrician who would install a new ceiling fan. This company advised me on the type of fan to install and completed the task in very little time. Their expertise and work ethic is outstanding.
James was very pleasant and came to look at our project. After seeing the work, he told the homeowner he'd be back, but instead he completely disappeared. We tried to reach him for several days, but he wouldn't even return our calls to tell us he didn't want to do the work! As a result of CR Electrical's unprofessionalism, our customer lost the use of their bathroom for an extra 4 days.
