I was searching for breakfast in Portland downtown. Since I was new to the place I searched and reached the good Earth cafe. They are opened quiet early in the morning. I ordered omlette and toast with coffee. The food was above my expectations but I didn't like the potatoes served on side. It was bland and I have to leave it, since after adding salt also I didn't enjoy. May be it's just my taste buds.
A down to earth breakfast and burger caffee. The food is decadent and very savoury. Prices are decent and its close to some beautiful parks. All in all a wonderful experience. I would go again.
A very nice place. Owned by police and firemen, it is good for a quick bite of breakfast or lunch. The police enjoy it. And that says something.
The Good Earth Cafe was a great choice for lunch. Their food was good, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Overall a great experience. I look forward to returning and trying something else off the menu.
I'm from Texas and have strong opinions on burgers. When I walked in I knew this place was going to have a good burger, I could smell it in the air. I don't know about the rest of the menu, but these guys make a burger I'd expect of the quality level back home. Toppings seem fresh for y'all veggie folks.
