April took care of me: hair cut and color. It was divine. She was a really professional and fun hairdresser!!
I had the tangerine dream body scrub treatment which was lovely and the Swiss shower at the end was amazing. The body scrub lady clearly knew what she was doing. Very professional and she would scrub you hard but comfortably.Although everything felt really nice, my skin didn't feel amazing afterwards. The appearance of the spa could be slightly improved. There was missing tile in the steam room and chipped containers on the counters. The meditation room could be better by the front staff being more discreet when coming in and out.
My bestie and I booked a package for a much needed weekend away and we were nothing but pleased. The massage, wrap, and microdermabrasion were so amazing along with the staff. We will definitely be back.
Get your hair done by Linda!!! The most AMAZING hair stylist. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has fixed terrible bleach jobs, she does thoughtful work, adorable cuts, fantastic blow drys & she is an incredible person to get to know. I have found a life long hair stylist.
The atmosphere was lovely! Everything was very clean and nice with everything you could imagine in the bathroom. The steam room was a nice touch but for such a nice place you really should replace the missing tile and the music should stay on the entire massage. I paid extra for deep tissue but it just wasn't hard enough. It was relaxing but i needed work on my neck and even when i asked for more pressure it just wasn't there. Really disappointed given how much the massage cost. Also the employees in the lobby should talk quietly as i could hear them while trying to relax in the serenity room or whatever that is.
