called asking for an estimate on new roof... was told I would get a call back.... two days later.. nothing... called again and was told "I guess we are just too busy",,,,,,,apparently this company has more business than they can use.... will call elsewhere..

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Clow gave me the cheapest quote in town. So I hired them. After six months of calling them regularly they finally arrived and did 1/3 of the work. By 7 months they had still failed to complete the job. There was almost no effort by Clow to communicate with me. The work that they did do (cleaning my roof) was fine. My biggest issue is clogged gutters. They did not clean my gutters as they claimed. I flew my drone up to look at the gutters and there was clearly ZERO gutter cleaning (have a look for yourself in the photo below). Don't waste your time with Clow. I ended up hiring someone else to the work they claimed they could do. I believe Clow is made of people that have horrible operations and management. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID AVOID AVOID
My husband & I had siding replaced, great company. Best price out of 3 estimates. Doug was patient with our questions & concerns. Lonny was dependable, knowledgeable & a hard worker, he always went the extra mile for us with our many requests. Crew always kept property clean & tidy & showed care when we had a party in the middle of installation. We would definitely recommend Clow Roofing & Siding.
This was my 3rd project with Clow and was a complete re-roofing of my home. The other 2 projects were a major roof repair around the chimney and a siding replacement on part of the home. I was extremely pleased with their communication and work on both prior projects.Doug, my representative, was fabulous, great communication and a really nice guy. He provided samples of various roofing materials and dropped them off for me to review. His communication and follow-up throughout the project, and after completion, were excellent. The roofing team was so nice and polite and worked so hard! They kept the property amazingly clean - there was absolutely no debris anywhere, even on my plants! You could not even tell a roof had been replaced, it was so tidy. The team worked non-stop to complete the project quickly. I would recommend Clow Roofing to anyone needing roof or siding work. Whether a small repair or a total re-roofing, they will do a fabulous job!
