Every single person I talked with was professional and service-oriented. Jack and Thad did the work on the roof. Jack explained exactly what they were doing and had us check on their work along the way to make sure it met our expectations. When they had completed the work, Jack took the time to show us what they had done to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Throughout the process they were friendly and courteous.
