Outstanding customer service, clean restaurant dining areas, quiet, And the food, Wheeeewwww Amazingly Fantastic and Always fresh and tasteful!! Love dining in with my son a few times a month at this location. Not an avocado fan, but ordered an omelette with avocado and let me tell y'all, I was hooked immediately!! Will Always recommend and be a faithful customers. Thanks again!! Dined in again on Thursday and the regular waitress was NOT there, we had a Mexican lady, who was Very unprofessional and made it seem like we couldn't Pay at the counter as if we would run out without paying, NOT happy about how she treated us and we didn't tip. NOT All black people are criminal or bad!! Will be at Airport location from now on.
Took our son out to eat. It's a good place for breakfast. The coffee is fresh and they have a menu to please most anyone.
Was in at midnight. Service was great. Food tasted good. Some portions a little on the small side, but with unlimited pancakes didnt really matter. Store was clean.
It has been a long time since I had great service and great food from an IHOP location. This place was on point. From the wait for seating to the service my wife and I were impressed. They were packed but things seemed to be going like clockwork. The wait staff took our order and withing 15 minutes we were eating. The food came out amazing and nothing could have been better for my wife and I. I will be returning to this location to see if it was a one hit wonder or this was normal operation for them.
Their location has improved alot over the last year or so. It's much cleaner and the service is quick and food is served in a reasonable amount of time. The wait staff is always friendly, but not always very attentive in the late evenings. They don't bother checking to see if you need a refill on your drink for instance or will bring you your check then not come back for it. That can be annoying. But my son loves going out and having breakfast for dinner, and he had to try the Grinch pancakes and the Who mint hot chocolate. He was disappointed that they didn't have the green whipped cream, but loved the hot chocolate and drank it all before his food arrived. He liked the green pancakes but didn't care for the icing on top. I tasted it and it was really sweet. So maybe skip that if your kids aren't big on sweets! We scraped it off easily. The quality of the food is consistently good. We only eat breakfast food though so I can't speak on the entire menu.
