Worthless. This department has no presence in this city. Homeless do as they please, drivers routinely violate posted law, and absolutely no automated surveillance exists to assist with reports of unlawful conduct. Big thanks to Democrats for routinely throwing this department under the bus anytime they enforce the law. People are held to absolutely no standard in this city.
Just watched a long video of examples where Portland police watch on the sidelines as lawless, hateful protesters disrupt traffic, verbally and physically harass citizens, and attack cars in the streets. I think a 1* is deserving of a police force that openly allows violence and disruption in the everyday lives of citizens.Best of luck Portland.
It really makes me sick that in the 21st century a city is under mob rule. Portland is a city with almost 1,500 cops including reserves and civilians. Not one out of the 1,500 has integrity, honor, pride, and conviction. It truly is a city of Liberalism and Anarchy. I thought cops had to take the Law Enforcement Oath of Honor when becoming a law officer. Not only did you all lie when taking it, but you'd rather kiss the feet of Mayor Ted Wheeler.
