Best pet store in Portland! Great selection for all kinds of animals. Large aquarium area which is cool. Very good lotaly program with free food and coupons. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of interesting food/treats/toys.
My absolute favorite pet store in probably all of Oregon. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. The animals are adorable. I especially love the adoptable cat corner. They have everything I need for my pets and more.
This is my FAVORITE pet store in town. The staff are all so knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of food, toys and whatever else you could need for practically any pet you own. You can return anything that doesn't work out, even if you opened it! Your pet doesn't like that toy? Return it! They didn't eat the food? Bring it back! Prices are reasonable, definitely not overpriced like some other pet stores. I love going in and saying hi to the cats for adoption, and going to see the birds, small animals, and fish. And of course, Rosie the parrot. I love this store, and they have my loyalty for life.

This place is incredible! I am super impressed by the variety of high quality foods they have here, for all species. The store is sectioned out well so all the critters have their dedicated space. Everything is well kept and organized and it's easy to move around. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can also order online and pick up in store, which is awesome!
