Prices can be a bit higher. Selection is extensive with peculiar and uncommon items available as well as rental tool department. All in all I enjoy the experience and continue to shop here.
Wow! The second I walk through the door I was treated like a thief.I would think that after a minute or two the associate would clearly see that I knew what I was speaking about and I clearly had a purpose for being there.but they still insisted on having somebody walk me through the store I couldn't even browse the auto detailing products or look at any other possibilities for polishers. I will never set foot in this store again. I do understand there need to protect themselves but there's a line, and they crossed it.
Honestly if this hardware store doesn't have it you don't need it. It's a wonderful old-fashioned fully stocked hardware store. One of only a couple in the Portland area. You can go there with the expectation of finding what you want.
Great selection of products, helpful staff. Hard - to - find items are found here and if not, the staff usually knows where to send you. A great alternative to the big guys.
