We bought our furniture on January 1st. It is now February 10th and we have not received it yet. We were told it would be in the last week of January when we ordered it. When we call the first week of February to see why it wasnt delivered, they said it wouldnt be in until at least the end of next week. Then I called the second week of February to change the delivery date by one day to avoid the winter storm coming in and they said no, sorry for your luck. Those are just the times I called... my husband called several time too. He was met with the same customer service. They kept asking him about us picking up the furniture. He had to remind them every time they said they were going to deliver it. Now our furniture is stuck on a moving truck Michaels Fine Furniture set up with no delivery date scheduled because of the weather. We bought over $4,000 worth of furniture from them. The customer service stops as soon as they receive your money and the prices are only average. Im very disappointed and wouldnt recommend to anyone.
The buying experience was very easy. We were given time to browse and make our decision. And the price was very competitive. The time for delivery was actually quicker than anticipated. Special thanks to Peter who was able to arrange our delivery earlier than the original schedule to accommodate our needs. May I congratulate the two gentlemen that brought all our bedroom pieces up two flights of stairs. They were absolutely awesome and very professional in the way they went about their work. They deserve special thanks! We will definitely be back for other home furnishings. Thank you for making this decision so easy.
We went to Michaels furniture 3 times before we found the pieces we loved. They are very patient and provide great options. Peter, the store manager was great to work with. The Stanton furniture we purchased is first rate and even delivered ahead of time. We will be repeat customers
